Pursuant to Sections 8 to 10 TMG, as a service provider we are not obliged to monitor transferred or stored information of third parties, or to research circumstances that suggest an illegal activity.
Obligations regarding the removal or blocking of the use of information in accordance with general legislation shall remain unaffected.
